Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM Monday through Friday EST will be processed on the next business day. All Gravile Studios deliveries ship via FedEx & UPS.
Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Gravile Studios cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
RETURNS
The return must be requested within 9 calendar days of the delivery date. Customers must create a return label and share tracking info with the customer care team. The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
